Custom Cases
Pottertons Cases manufacturers of Polypropylene Cases

Polypropylene cases are also commonly known as polyprop or poly cases. These poly cases are custom built by hand from strong, lightweight polypropylene sheet .  There is no minimum or maximum order quantity for poly cases.  Customers may order as little as one custom made poly case or a full production run of bespoke containers.  The style of construction used for these fabricated cases allows for flexibility in design, size and colour.    Poly cases are commonly built as graphics cases, bins for secuirty tags, laundry boxes, material handling containers and literature containers.

The polypropylene cases offer the following as standard:
  • three way protective corners
  • choice of toggle locks or quick release snap locks
  • choice of webbing or leather strap handle
  • wheels and castors can be fitted
  • comfortable adjustable twin carry handles
  • choice of colours: black, grey, green, red, royal blue or navy blue

Customising poly cases options include:

  • silk screen printing with your company logo or sales message
  • foam lining
  • internal divisions
  • choice of carry handles
  • choice of closure fittings

It not just the poly case / container itself that is customisable but the interior of the case can also be customised with a choice of foam or plastazote inserts to either protect or display your equipment whilst in transit.  Dividers to keep every item in  its place are also available if required.

For further information on foam, plastazote or other interior options please click here.

These cases can also be fabricated in resin fibreboard as an alternative option.
